- Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days.
- Kindly report faulty or wrong product immediately on Instagram at @ellamodestfashion_pk with your order ID and pictures, explaining us the issue and we would be happy to replace it.
- You can only apply for a size exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Ensure the product is in perfect condition, in its original packing with the tags still intact and without any signs of use.
- Delivery charges apply for size exchange and may take 15-20 business days. You'll have to send the product to our warehouse first and once inspected, you'll be sent your requested size.
- All return charges will be borne by the customer.
- Sale items are not applicable for exchange.
