• Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days

• Delivery times may vary due to external factors

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or wrong product:

• Report immediately via Instagram @ellamodestfashion_pk

• Share your order ID and clear pictures explaining the issue

• We will review and arrange a replacement if applicable

Size Exchange Policy

• Size exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery

• Items must be:

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • With tags intact

  • In perfect condition

• Sale items are not eligible for exchange

• Change of mind requests are not accepted

Exchange Process

• Customers must send the item to our warehouse first

• After inspection, the requested size will be dispatched

• Exchange process may take 15–20 business days

Charges

• Delivery charges apply for size exchanges

• All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer
