Refund policy

• Standard delivery time is 5-7 working days.
• Kindly report faulty or wrong product immediately on Instagram at @ellamodestfashion_pk with your order ID and pictures, explaining us the issue and we would be happy to replace it.
• You can only apply for a size exchange within 3 days of receiving the product.
• Ensure the product is in perfect condition, in its original packing with the tags still intact and without any signs of use.
• Delivery charges apply for size exchange and may take 15-20 business days. You'll have to send the product to our warehouse first and once inspected, you'll be sent your requested size.
• All return charges will be borne by the customer.
• Sale items are not applicable for exchange.
• Change of mind requests will not be entertained.
